The whole hotel was perfect for us. Great location in Centro especially great for a first visit to San Sebastian, everything is walking distance. Wonderful staff at breakfast and reception. Rooms made up perfectly every day and personal messages left, even gifts of foodie treats! Great bar/restaurant next door is owned by the same hotel so you can charge your late night drinks to your room with discount. Room Mate Gorka was everything we wanted. We could not be happier to recommend it!

The room was excellent. We had a duplex room that was super comfortable, spacious ,very well decorated and fully renovated. The room was well equipped with toiletries, a water bottle, mini bar/fridge, coffee maker and even a wine opener. The breakfast was very good, quality of food was superb and the staff do a great effort to make you feel pampered. The location is fantastic if you are want to enjoy the city center vibe and the old side of the city. I will definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you don't have a car.

The location of this hotel was excellent perfectly placed within walking distance of all main areas of San Sebastián . The staff were extremely helpful and were able to cope with a range of queries.

Great location, with easy access to the old town and the more commercial, shopping areas. The beach is less than a 10 min walk away. The room was good. Comfortable bed and a good size ensuite. Breakfast was good, just enough variety and a fair amount of fresh fruit.

From arrival to departure, we felt very welcome by the front desk staff and the restaurant staff. Everyone was very friendly and spoke English. The buffet breakfast offered a nice variety of delicious food and included Bloody Mary’s. Our only criticism of the entire stay, was the lack of hot breakfast food. Scrambled eggs and bacon were offered cold. The bar and restaurant served delicious drinks and tapas. Our executive room was very clean and comfortable with a nice view of the park across the street. Location was perfect with a short walk to the beautiful beach on The Bay of Biscay, the Hop on and off bus, old town, and other attractions.

Amazing location, centrally, located to restaurants and shopping and only minutes to the beach. Great bar connected to the restaurant with outdoor seating.

The hotel was extraordinarily beautiful and the staff, particularly Inaki (Ignacio) was so helpful and pleasant. The location was absolutely perfect!

Great location midway between the old town, commercial district and between the beachs; helpful staff, renovated large rooms, nice aspect overlooking Gipukoa Plaza, vibrant atmosphere.

The location is perfect! Exactly in the center, all the sights, bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Bus station in front of the hotel and the central station 10min away on foot. Staff was really kind and gave us useful information! The room was new, modern and very clean. It was quite compact for 2 people.

The location is perfect just off of the old town so it is quiet at night and convenient just 2min walk to the old town area ! Very nice room with all the amenities you would need, friendly staff and clean ! Recommend 100%
